- It is a cooling machine made entirely of 304 quality chrome material to reduce the temperature of wafer sheets coming out of the wafer oven to ambient temperature.
- Wafer sheets are automatically fed to the sheet cooling machine via the wafer baking oven exit belt. The wafer baking oven exit belt is mounted on the wafer sheet cooling machine for ease of transportation.
- It is a system in which wafer sheets are subjected to ambient cooling without any cooling group before the cream spreading process begins.
- It works synchronously with the oven and its speed can be adjusted from the PLC control panel on the oven. Once the wafer sheets come to ambient temperature, they are transferred to the cream spreader.
