- It is a machine made of 304 quality chrome material, where wafer dough is prepared in the dough mixer and then transferred to the stock tank and brought to the desired consistency thanks to the mixers in the stock tank.
- The dough mixer has opening and closing lids for adding raw materials and observing them while mixing.
- Dough stock tank has cold water walls. Cold water is transferred to the system from the chiller cooling units.
- In the dough mixer, the dough is prepared with the turbo mixing system. It consists of two boilers, a dough mixer and a stock tank. The prepared dough is transferred to the stock tank when desired and from there it is automatically fed to the wafer baking oven by pumps.
- Speed of mixing hoes, start-stop, dough transfer, etc. The controls are adjusted with the control panel on it.
- On automatic lines; There is an automatic bypass system.
