- It is the tank where the syrup product transferred by pump in the Nougat Syrup Pre-Preparation Mixer is mixed homogeneously at a certain temperature and kept ready for use.
- The body heating system is provided by independent heaters and hot water is circulated around the walls. It has a pot tank heating system.
- Wall water circulates continuously with the circulation pump.
- The bottom side is designed to be curved so that no product is left inside.
- It has a weighing unit. With the help of Loadcell, it automatically transfers the desired amount of liquid mixture to the Nougat Cooking Vessel (Seidomat) via the pump. It is available on the washing head.
- All controls are made from the PLC screen in the Nougat Pre-Preparation Mixer.
- It is made entirely of 304 quality stainless steel.
- There are mixers inside to maintain the homogeneous structure.
- The product recipe, which can be adjusted from the control panel, automatically adjusts the amount of product to be transferred from the tank or taken into the boiler with the help of loadcell and electronic valves.
- The interior of the tank and pipe connections can be easily washed and drained with the rotating water heads inside the boilers.
