- The pre-preparation mixer is the boiler where the raw materials are collected and mixed homogeneously to prepare the nougat product.
- It is made entirely of AISI 304 chrome stainless steel.
- The mixers are driven by a single engine and have double mixers.
- After the product is prepared, a pump is used to transfer it to the nougat usage tank.
- It has a load cell and automatically weighs the incoming products. It is PLC controlled. The products coming from the sugar spiral and glucose tank and the water coming from the water inlet are transferred to the pre-preparation mixer in the desired amounts via the loadcell.
- It has a pot tank heater system. There is an independent heating system and the tank has its own heater. Hot water is circulated through the wall of the mixer. The prepared products are circulated within the circulation pump.
- There is a washing tap with rotating head under the lids of the mixer and hot water is automatically taken from the PLC screen on it. The inside of the chamber and its pipes are washable. Drain valves are available for flushing.
