Liquor Preparation Mixer;
- What is needed for nougat is a mixer that mixes the ingredients of the liquor solution (oil, cocoa, powder, milk powder, etc.) and turns them into liquid. It automatically transfers the prepared solution to the liquor stock tank with a pump when desired.
- It is placed on the same chassis as the Liquor Stock Tank.
- The mixer has a control panel and is controlled from this panel.
- There is an oil inlet and it has a filometer or load cell and it takes the desired amount of oil into itself.
- It is available on the mixer engine. The product is mixed quickly using a turbo-mixer.
- The mixer has a hot water wall and the hot water circulates within itself with a circulation pump.
Liquor Stock Tank;
- It stocks and rests the solution prepared in the mixer. The liquor solution circulates within itself.
- It has stainless mixing anchors inside and ensures that the product remains homogeneous.
- The tank has hot water walls and the hot water circulates within itself with a circulation pump.
- It is available on the mixer engine. It automatically transfers the liquor product to the nougat preparation spiral via the pump with actuated valves.
- Liquor Stock Tank controls are made from the PLC screen on the Nougat Cylinders.
- It is available on the washing head. It is washed with water transferred from the hot water storage tank.
