Egg Preparation Mixer:
- What is needed for nougat is a mixer that mixes the solid ingredients of the egg solution (such as egg white powder, glucose, sorbitol or glycerin and water) and turns them into liquid.
- It automatically transfers the prepared solution to the egg stock tank with a pump when desired.
- The beater mixer has a control panel and is controlled from this panel.
- There is a water inlet and it automatically takes in the desired amount of water using a filometer or loadcell.
- It is available on the mixer engine. The product is mixed quickly using a turbo-mixer.
Egg Solution Storage Tank:
- It stocks and rests the solution prepared in the mixer.
- It has mixing anchors inside and ensures that the product remains homogeneous.
- The tank has a water wall. It is fed with cold water from the chiller unit and circulated inside the wall.
- When desired, the egg solution is automatically transferred to the chamber next to the Nougat Turbo Mixer, in the desired amount, via pumps and pipes, thanks to the load cell.
- Egg Stock Tank is controlled from the PLC screen in the Nougat Cooking and Turbo Mixer.
- It is available on the mixer engine. It has a weighing unit (load cell).
