- The caramel product, which is ready to be cooked in the pre-preparation mixer, is cooked in this machine. The cooking process is done with superheated steam. The exterior of the chamber has a double walls. While the first wall contains superheated steam, the second wall is thermally insulated. There is a mixing motor on the hopper. There is a thermocouple to measure the temperature inside the chamber. When it reaches the desired temperature, the steam heating system is automatically disabled. When the heating system is disabled, the caramel product is automatically transferred to the resting tank underneath with the actuator valve. It provides ease of observation for the user with a lid and sight glass on the chamber. With the load cell in the preliminary preparation, the desired kilogram of caramel is automatically transferred to this tank after being cooked. The caramel boiling boiler has a philometer and the water input is weighed automatically. Measurements of water inlets are adjusted on the PLC screen. The controls of the water inlets are adjusted from the PLC screen on its own. The product is taken into the caramel boiling chamber with the help of actuated valves.
- Water is taken into the caramel cooking vessel and the steam heats the water and circulates it for machine cleaning. As for the resting tank, there is a rotary tap under the lid of the tank and hot water is automatically taken, washed and cleaned from the PLC screen.
- After the caramel is cooked, it is taken into the resting tank underneath with the help of an actuated valve. There is a mixer and a mixer motor in the settling tank. It has double walls, including heating and cooling walls. It has a pot tank heater system. Caramel is automatically transferred from the resting tank to the Caramel Usage Tank with a pump.
